Llansamlet Short Mat Bowls Club is a Constantly Growing Short Mat Bowls Team based in the City and County of Swansea. We compete in the Swansea Short Mat Bowls Assocation, Welsh Short Mat Bowls Association and Short Mat Players tour.

The clubs Home venue is the Trallwn Community Centre which holds four mats and hosts Matches Llansamlets Main team, Development Team and Academy , The centre has also been the location for the teams successful open event which has now turned into an annual event.

Due to Short Mat Bowls not being the mainstream form of Bowls most clubs tend to struggle recruiting due to the aspects of the club we have a constant and consistant growth in members who are mainly found in the 20 - 40 age group but we do cater for all who walk through the doors as our youngest member is 10 years old and our more experianced players are 70+ we believe highly in the community aspect of the team. 

The club has over the last 6 years have followed a simple plan to ensure all growth in all aspects of the game are covered. This has allowed us to stabally grow the club.

The current membership is over 25 members from competitive to social.
